2027 Sponsor Application

We kindly ask that applicants be available for the full weekend of the event. While you do not need to be available for any pre- or post-conference activities, full weekend availability helps us with scheduling and allows for greater flexibility. If selected, we’ll connect with you directly to discuss your availability, preferences, and any scheduling restrictions.

To streamline the application process, we recommend gathering your presenters' credentials in advance. This includes the presenters' resumes or lists of relevant degrees and certifications (with expiration dates). A degree in a fitness or wellness-related field and/or a national certification (e.g., ACE, AFAA, NASM, ACSM) is required.

Applications for FitnessFest are due by September 20th. If your application is accepted, we will follow up with confirmation. Selected applicants will also receive a sponsorship contract outlining the next steps. Event participation will be secured once signed contract is returned and payment is made.
