    The March For Education Foundation is pleased to offer free haircuts and hair styling as part of the March For Education Unity Parade & Festival.

    Services are provided by participating barbers, stylists, and salon professionals volunteering their time to support our students, families, and community.

    Registration does not guarantee a particular barber, stylist, haircut, hairstyle, braid style, or exact service time. Services depend upon volunteer availability, time, equipment, hair condition, and the number of participants attending.

  • Participants must check in upon arrival and remain attentive for their name to be called. When your name is called, you must be present and ready to receive your service.
  • If you are not available when your name is called, your appointment/service opportunity may be given to another participant. This helps us serve as many people as possible during the event.

    Participants should arrive with clean, washed hair whenever possible. This helps our participating barbers and stylists provide services efficiently and safely.

    Before your service begins, please inform your barber or stylist of any scalp irritation, allergies, sensitivities, injuries, recent chemical treatments, or other conditions that may affect your hair or scalp.

  • I understand that haircuts, braiding, and styling are being provided by independent participating barbers, stylists, or salon professionals who are volunteering their services.
  • I understand that the March For Education Foundation does not control the techniques, tools, products, or individual services provided by each barber or stylist.
  • I understand that hair texture, condition, length, previous treatments, and individual preferences may affect the final result. A requested haircut or style cannot be guaranteed.
