  • Forms must be received no later than Friday, September 25th, to have your honorees included in the printed Ceremony Program. The printed program will be available on October 3.

  • You are invited to participate in the Omaha Cares Luminary Ceremony at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at First Baptist Church Omaha. The address is 200 N. Senter Street, Omaha, Texas.
