2026 Glennville Chamber "Fill-A-Truck" Application

Fill out the form carefully to apply for Christmas assistance from the Glennville Chamber of Commerce.
Please complete only one application per household.

Assistance is limited and not guaranteed. Specific gift requests are wishes and not guaranteed.

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT/COMPLETE APPLICATION IS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30TH, 2026. NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT TIME.

If you are unable to complete the application online or need to submit documentation that you can't provide online, you must come into the Glennville Chamber office prior to the deadline. Our office is located at 136 S. Veterans Blvd in the Glennville Welcome Center between City Hall and the Post Office. Our standard hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-2pm. If you need additional assistance, please call (912) 654-1616 during those hours or email Director@GlennvilleChamber.org.

Application is not a guarantee of approval. All eligibility requirements must be met prior to deadline. We will do our best to fill as many as possible with the resources available, but everything is limited so the sooner you complete application process, the better your chances are of approval.

Applicants will all be notified of either approval or denial no later than November 13, 2026. Gifts will be distributed on or before December 12, 2026. Approved applicants will be contacted as needed with further details.

Part 4 - Eligibility Verifications

Please select one form of address verification, as well as all other required documentation, in the sections below, then attach proof as needed.
1. Address Verification: Please attach ONE of the following. The document must show the applicant's name and address (inside Glennville), and must be dated within the last 90 days (if applicable).
2. Other Required Documentation: ALL required documentation below must be attached or otherwise provided to qualify.
**Letter from a school counselor, social worker, shelter worker, DFCS case manager, church or other nonprofit, or any other worker or organization familiar with the family's current address and situation may be used in lieu of other documentation, but is subject to approval.

This is a community assistance program funded by the Glennville Chamber of Commerce and its fundraisers that have been held to secure these funds. The Glennville Chamber, nor any of its employees, volunteers, members, or other affiliates are responsible for any damages, medical issues, or other problems resulting from gift items donated to any applicants.

The Glennville Chamber will use strictly the information provided in this application, including verification documentation, to select approved applicants. Applicants will be selected on a first come, first serve basis, after satisfying all eligibility criteria. Funds are limited, but we will do our best to provide assistance to as many as possible. Any arguing or complaints, or selling/returning of merchandise is forbidden, and may deem the applicant ineligible for future donations or assistance from this or other Glennville Chamber programs.
