By participating in any activities associated with The Chosen Vessel Church’s 106th Church Anniversary, I acknowledge that activities may include physical activities, games, recreation, movement, and other events that may involve the risk of injury. I voluntarily assume the risks associated with participation and agree to release and hold harmless The Chosen Vessel Church, Bishop Marvin L. Sapp, pastors, leaders, staff, volunteers, members, guests, and representatives from claims or liability arising from my or my child’s participation, except to the extent liability cannot legally be waived.
