Our Youth Fundraising Program gives children and teens ages 7 - 18 the opportunity to help raise money toward future church activities and events. The goal is to help make these opportunities more accessible while encouraging participation and service.
By signing below, I understand and agree that:
- Each fundraiser will have a different net profit depending on the event.
- After expenses are paid, the net profit from each fundraiser will be divided equally among the participating children and teens.
- Each participating child will have their portion tracked by the church in a designated fundraising account. These are not personal funds and are not distributed as cash.
- Some fundraising events may require parent or guardian involvement in order for a child to participate. We will communicate any event-specific expectations in advance.
- Fundraising funds may be applied toward church-related activities and events, including (but not limited to) camps, conferences, Bible quizzing, retreats, mission trips, registration fees, and other approved church ministries or events, as determined by Family Worship Center leadership.
- Fundraising funds cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or used for non-church purposes.
- If a child does not participate in church events or is no longer attending Family Worship Center before their fundraising funds are used, the remaining balance assigned to that child will be transferred to the church's general fund to support the ongoing ministry of Family Worship Center.
The purpose of this program is to help our children and youth participate in opportunities that encourage spiritual growth, discipleship, and involvement in the work of God's kingdom.
