  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • According to Montana State Law (MCA 20 10 101) if you live at least 3 miles, over the shortest practical route, from the school you are considered an "eligible rider" and transportation is provided without cost. If you live less than three miles from the school you are considered an "ineligible rider" by the State of Montana, and will be charged $18.00 per month per family. Contracts are reviewed and the Board of Trustees verifies residency and mileage.
    Out-of-district students will be charged $18.00 per month per family for transportation.
    Ineligible and Out-of-district riders: Monthly payments are not pro-rated, even if your child(ren) occasionally walks or rides a bike to school you agree to pay for a full month.
    Fees are due by the 10th of each month September through May.
  • I have read and understood the bus program and handbook AND have discussed them with my child(ren).
    I request the privilege of having my children ride the school bus and agree to be responsible for their behavior.
    I understand that should my children be suspended from school bus privileges, that I am responsible for ensuring their attendance at school as required by the Education Laws of Montana.
    I understand that there is an $18.00 per month, per family fee for ineligible and Out-of-district riders, as described above.
    I agree to the above terms and enter into a contract for transportation services with Creston School District #9.
