MADE FROM SCRATCH — ORDER, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Ordering: Please place orders at least 72 hours before your requested pickup. Submitting an order request does not guarantee availability.

Order Approval: Made From Scratch will review your request and contact you at the email address provided with your order. If your order is accepted, your confirmation email will include your approved order total and payment instructions.

Payment: Please do not send payment until your order has been approved. After approval, payment may be made through Cash App ($MadeFromScratch2026) or Venmo (@MadeFromScratch2026).

Finalizing Your Order: Your order is not finalized and your pickup is not reserved until payment has been received.

Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations must be requested by replying to your Made From Scratch confirmation email at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup are non-refundable. Because our products are made fresh to order, refunds are not available for late cancellations or orders that are not picked up.

Bakery Cancellation: If Made From Scratch is unable to fulfill your confirmed order, you will receive a full refund.

Pickup Location: The pickup location and additional pickup instructions will be provided after your order has been finalized.
