Before school care includes quiet games and activities; an opportunity for breakfast (not provided); and reading time. Supervision is provided by a school employee.
Students are expected to follow all regular school day expectations.
Hours/Days of Operation: Open every school day 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. when supervision on the playground begins.
Fees: $30 per month/per family.
Payment Policy: Payment is due the first of the month September through May. Monthly payments are not pro-rated, even if your child(ren) only occasionally uses this service, you agree to pay for a full month.
Year End Statements to be provided for each family, by the end of January, for tax purposes.
I have read and understood the Before School Care program and have discussed it with my child(ren).
I request the privilege of having my children participate in the Before School Care Program and agree to be responsible for their behavior.
I understand that should my children be suspended from Before School Care privileges, that I am responsible for ensuring their attendance at school as required by the Education Laws of Montana.
I understand that there is a $30.00 per month, per family fee, as described above.
I agree to the above terms and enter into a contract for before school care with Creston School District #9.
