Leadership pairs are considered when both people genuinely carry the same ministry assignment and need to discern the transition together. Outside experts and additional support are assigned to the pair's shared assignment, not separately to each participant.

I am available for January 28 and 29, 2027 in San Diego, monthly online councils from February through August, and September 23 and 24, 2027 in San Diego.

Investment
The investment is $7,500 for an individual or $9,500 for an approved leadership pair. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due after acceptance. Travel and lodging are separate.
