    Mega Night Market Presents Asian Food & Music Festival in SoCal Autumn 2026


    Due to venue space--limited food trucks and trailers are permitted to vend at this event.

    All food vendors must have fire retardant tents or you cannot vend

    NO COOKING ON TARPS...Please purchase: Roofing Felt to put under your cooking equipment, you are to get this at Home Depot or similar stores

    NO COOKING under any tents.
    Propane must go in milk crates or be secured to each other.

    TFF 1A - Prepackaged Foods & Beverages or Packaged Samples (Candy, Beef Jerky, Baked Goods, & Items That Do NOT Required Refrigeration)

    TFF 1B - Prepackaged Foods & Dispensing (Anything from TFF 1A Plus Pouring, Scooping, Squeezing) 

    TFF 2 - Open Foods (Cooking, Assembling, Preparing Foods Onsite)

     **Vendors will be subject to health inspections at this event. Please be prepared for a visit from DBPR health inspectors. Ensure you have the correct TFF level certification before the event date. 

    All food trucks and food carts operating within Orange County are required to hold a valid Orange County Health Care Agency permit. Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the appropriate permit prior to any Great Park Live event.

    • Orange County Permit: Required for all MFF and TFF operators. Additional information is available through the OC Health Care Agency's Mobile Food Facility program.
    • TFF Vendors: Must request event permit information from PSQ Productions in order to submit a TFF application to the health department.

  • Vendors are responsible for obtaining their own TFF certifications & will be subject to health inspections at the event. Vendors who do not pass inspections or have the proper permits will not be permitted to vend nor will they receive refunds.   • Deadline for payments October 2nd - Payments will be processed via Quickbooks from Mia International Inc DBA Durable Lawn. Select an invoice option:*
  • Cleaning Deposit (This is city property. Cleaning deposit is required for all food & drink vendors) This deposit is refundable at the end of the event.*

  • 1. Vendor Obligations

    a. The Vendor agrees to sell only the items listed and approved by the Market. b. The Vendor agrees to comply with all local health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards. That includes providing its own potable water for cooking and washing, per the health inspector. c. The Vendor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses required to operate legally at the Event.d. The Vendor must set up their stall according to the Event's layout and timing guidelines provided by the Organizer. e. The Vendor is responsible for cleaning up and taking with them any trash that is not disposable, such as grease, charcoal, ashes, etc. f. The Vendor is responsible for providing the equipment, displays, tables, chairs, tents, lighting, weights, and tools necessary to participate in events.

    2. Organizer Obligations

    a. The Organizer will provide the Vendor with space to operate during the Event as described in Vendor Category options.b. The Organizer will promote the Event through various channels to attract attendees.c. The Organizer will provide basic utilities needed for operation, including but not limited to electricity and water. 

    3. Payment

    a. The Vendor agrees to pay the Organizer the selected Vendor Category fee for participation in the Event by the deadline. b. The fee covers the rental of space and access to utilities as specified. Additional fees for extra services must be agreed upon in writing. c. All food and drink vendors are required to pay a market cleaning deposit of $150.00, which may be credited to the following city property market cleaning deposit. d. The Vendor may be assessed additional fees based on the cleanliness of their area after the event. e. The Vendor agrees to forfeit their cleaning deposit if their rented space is deemed untidy. f. The Vendor agrees to pay additional fees to sell  additional products from multiple Vendor Categories. 

     
    4. Cancellations 

    The Market does not issue refunds. Vendors will forfeit any monies paid if they do not attend this event. Credits may be given if agreed upon with the market management. 

    This is a rain or shine event. The market does not issue refunds due to rain or wind. In the event of a tropical storm or hurricane occurring on the event date, the market will reschedule the event. No refunds will be issued. 

     
    5. Liability and Insurance

    a. The Vendor shall carry liability insurance covering the Event dates and name the Organizer as an additional insured party. b. Both parties agree to indemnify and hold each other harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from their respective activities related to the Event.c. The Vendor must provide proof of insurance upon request.


    6. Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising under this Contract shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration by the laws of Orange County.


    7. Entire Agreement

    This Contract, including any attached exhibits, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Event and supersedes all prior agreements or communication. 


    8. Cancellations by Vendors

    As occupancy of the event space is the essence of the agreement, no refunds will be given for any rental space fee after MIA INTERNATIONAL INC. accepts said fee.


    By signing below, both parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract.

  • Mega Night Market Vendor Participation Agreement

    Vendor Acknowledgment & No Refund Policy

    By signing this agreement and participating in any Mega Night Market event, Vendor acknowledges and agrees to the following:

    1. Business Risk Acknowledgment

    Vendor understands that participation in any festival, market, fair, or event involves inherent business risk. Attendance, customer traffic, weather conditions, economic conditions, competing events, and consumer spending are unpredictable and beyond the control of the Organizer.

    2. No Guarantee of Sales or Attendance

    Mega Night Market, its organizers, affiliates, employees, and venue partners make no guarantees or representations regarding:

    - Event attendance
    - Number of customers
    - Vendor sales or profits
    - Media exposure or promotional results

    Vendor understands that sales may exceed expectations, meet expectations, or fall below expectations.

    3. No Refund Policy

    Vendor fees are non-refundable. Vendor agrees that dissatisfaction with sales, customer traffic, attendance, weather conditions, market conditions, event performance, or personal business results shall not constitute grounds for a refund, credit, chargeback, dispute, or reimbursement.

    4. Shared Risk

    Vendor acknowledges that both the Vendor and Organizer assume financial risk in producing and participating in the event. The Organizer invests substantial resources into venue rental, permits, marketing, entertainment, staffing, insurance, equipment, and event operations without any guarantee of success.

    5. Vendor Responsibility

    Vendor accepts full responsibility for their own inventory, staffing, pricing, customer service, marketing efforts, and business performance during the event.

    6. Agreement

    By signing below, Vendor confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted these terms and understand that participation in the event is a business opportunity that carries both potential rewards and potential risks.

    7. Payment, Cancellation, Refunds & Chargebacks

    All vendor booth fees, deposits, and other payments are final and non-refundable. By signing this Agreement and/or submitting payment, Vendor acknowledges that they have reserved a limited event space and that the Organizer will incur costs in reliance on that reservation.

    Vendor agrees that they are not entitled to a refund for any reason, including cancellation by the Vendor, inability to attend, weather, travel issues, lack of sales, or any other circumstance, except where a refund is expressly required by law or specifically approved in writing by the Organizer.

    Vendor further agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback or payment dispute for charges made under this Agreement. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated in violation of this Agreement, Vendor agrees that the Organizer may provide this signed Agreement, proof of registration, and related documentation to the payment processor or financial institution as evidence that the charge was authorized and that the Vendor accepted the Organizer's published refund policy.

    If the Organizer successfully defends a chargeback or must take legal action to collect amounts owed, the Vendor agrees to reimburse the Organizer for any reasonable collection costs, chargeback fees, court costs, and attorney's fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
