• BLOODSTOCK OPEN AIR

    ACCESSIBLE WEEKEND APPLICATION FORM 2027
  • Application Process:

This is the process by which bookable accessible facilities can be requested:

    1) Purchase a ticket.
    2) Submit your booking confirmation reference number from See Tickets, Ticketmaster or Tixel.
    3) Complete the application form below and provide supporting evidence / proof of disability (see more details below).

Both this application form and proof of disability needs to be received together in order to be reviewed.

PLEASE NOTE: The Accessible Campsite, Essential Companion Tickets, Viewing Platform and Safe Zone are now fully booked.  However if you would like to be added to the waiting list for any of these facilities you can do this on this application form.

If you would like to apply for accessible overflow parking, queue jumping, a drop-off pass or accessible toilet access, you can still do so by completing this application form.

Please be aware that the accessible overflow car park and other accessible facilities have limited capacity. Applications will therefore be processed on a first come, first served basis, and we strongly recommend applying as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Submitting an application form does not automatically guarantee access to any or all of the requested accessible facilities. Please wait for confirmation from our team before making any arrangements based on your application.

    Submitting your supporting documents:

Please upload / drag and drop a photo or confirmation of your Access Card, or the access registration code from your Digital “Bloodstock” Access Pass.

If you were unable to obtain either of these or have been refused the symbols you feel you need, you can upload / drag and drop supporting evidence instead as proof of disability.

We will accept the following forms of evidence:

Confirmation of disability benefits such as Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Attendance Allowance (AA)
Confirmation of Employment Support Allowance (ESA)
    Blue Badge (Parking Only)
Photo of your Disabled Identification Card (DID)
Registered as a blind person or partially sighted
    Armed Forces Independence Payment
    Registered as a Deaf person
A letter from a medical professional aware of your needs that clearly confirms the need for the requests on your application form. This must be on surgery/official headed paper.
We may also accept occupational health reports, care plans or OT assessments on a case-by-case basis.

Please note: This will not guarantee allocation of all the accessible facilities on site. We will ask for you to explain what you need and we will use this in conjunction with your supporting evidence to make a decision on which accessible facilities to allocate to you.

If you require accessible car parking, please also submit a copy of your blue badge. If you are not a blue badge holder, please explain on the application form why you require accessible parking.

Please feel free to cross out any details on your supporting evidence documents, such as reference numbers and amounts, that are not directly relevant to your application.

Once we have received your documentation and reviewed it, we will send you a confirmation  email. Please be patient and wait to hear from us. If you have not heard from us within 6 weeks of applying please email disabledaccess@bloodstock.uk.com or call 07734 707228 and leave a message for us.
