2026 Festival of Trees Sponsorship Commitment Form

It is that time of year again to sign up our Festival of Tree Sponsors.  The Festival of Trees are displayed at the Gainesville Civic Center during the Hall is Home for Kids Christmas Celebration Party on Saturday, December 5th from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 

Tree sponsors will be provided a 6 ft lighted tree and signage highlighting the sponsorship placed adjacent to the tree.  The trees are placed along the main hallway of the Ballroom of the Civic Center.

Sponsors are asked to fully decorate their trees with non-glass ornaments (to include tree topper and tree skirt) at a scheduled time/day one week before the December 5th Party.  At the end of the Christmas party, each tree will be given to either a kinship care family (relatives caring for children that would otherwise be in foster care) or families who have been recently reunited (those families who have  completed their care plans). 

Approximately 15 Trees will be available for sponsorship.

Deadline for submission is Monday, November 23, 2026

All sponsorship donations are used to pay for the Christmas Party for our foster children and youth to enjoy with their families and caretakers.  Your support is extremely important this year and it is greatly appreciated!

Please email your logo to Elain Ellerbe at eellerbe0113@gmail.com for your sponsor signage. 

If you are unable to decorate the tree, Hall is Home for Kids will provide volunteers to do it for you.  We can also arrange to pick up your decorations.  We highly recommend decorating your tree with non-glass ornaments as the trees will be given to families with small children.
