For the past eight years, Hall is Home has provided approximately 450 children and youth each year with Christmas gifts or gift cards as well as meeting special needs of kinship care families and newly reunified families.  Below are a few options to consider to become one of Hall is Home for Kids Christmas initiative Elves for 2026:

Sponsorship Options 

1.  Gift List Sponsor - Purchase the four gifts requested on a child's list valued at $125.00 total for children, ages infant to 12 years

2.  Gift Card Sponsor - Purchase VISA Gift Cards valued at $125 for foster youth, ages 13 to 18+ (Teens really want to shop for themselves!!)

3.  Any monetary donation to Hall is Home for Kids Christmas Initiative which can be made through our secure PayPal account.  All donations are 100% used for foster children/youth and their caretakers.  None of Hall is Home for Christmas funds are used for staff salaries (all our "staff' work for free) or overhead (we have none!!)

Option #1 - Children's List Sponsorship

Description

Infants to 12 Year Old Children: Each child will submit a Christmas Wish list of four items which will be forwarded to a committed sponsor no later than November 15, 2026.  We ask that all wish list items be fulfilled as child has requested whenever possible. Minimum cost allotted for Christmas Lists for children is $125.00 per child. Instructions on delivering gifts to our Hall is Home Christmas Warehouse will be sent with your assigned list(s).

You may also be asked to ship directly to the caretaker via Amazon, Walmart or Target (if caretaker has given prior approval.  (Your sponsored child's Christmas List will be noted as such.)

Option #2  Youth Gift Card Sponsorship Description

Youth 13 years plus will be provided a VISA gift card (no fees for user) in the amount of $125.00.   Gift cards will be given to the youth by Hall is Home staff either directly to youth at the Christmas Celebration Party we sponsor on Saturday, December 5th, or through their DFCS Case Manager.  Cash donations are requested for the gift cards and can be made online by going to the Hall is Home for Kids Paypal account.
