Terms & Conditions for Participation

By registering, you agree to the following:

1. Payments & Credits
All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel or can't attend, we'll issue a credit toward a future session or any other AOK offering.

2. Assumption of Risk
Participation in meditation, sound healing, or related activities is voluntary. You're responsible for deciding whether it's appropriate for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being — please consult a medical or mental health professional first if you have concerns.

3. Waiver of Liability
You agree to hold An Ounce of Kibou, Inc., its owners, facilitators, and staff harmless from claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation. AOK is not liable for injury, illness, or adverse effects experienced during or after any activity.

4. Code of Conduct
We strive to keep this space safe, welcoming, and peaceful. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the session without refund or credit.

5. Confidentiality
Please respect the privacy of what others share during group sessions.

6. Cancellations by AOK
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions. If this happens, you'll be notified promptly and any payment will be credited toward a future session.

7. Agreement
Registering for The Lotus Morning Practice confirms you've read and agree to these terms and that you authorize payment selected above to An Ounce of Kibou.
