Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs. No tents needed — this is an indoor market.

The vast majority of spots are 8 ft wide by 6 ft deep or 8 ft wide by 8 ft deep.

$95 + HST per day

I understand that the payment must be sent by e-transfer within 48 hours of receiving an acceptance email to secure your vendor spot.
I understand that I am encouraged and expected to help advertise the market by tagging @robertplantegreenhouses on all social media platforms, as well as use market graphics provided.
I understand that once my spot is accepted and paid for, my spot is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
I understand that if accepted, I must park in the designated vendor parking area, which will be communicated to me closer to the event date. Vendor parking in the greenhouse lot, which is reserved for customers only, is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance may result in the vehicle being towed. A shuttle bus will be provided depending on parking location.
I understand that if accepted, arrival and drop-off of items must take place between 6:30AM and 7:30AM. Parking lot gates will CLOSE at 7:30 AM, and any late arrivals will be turned away. By 8 AM, I MUST move my vehicle to the vendor parking area. Please respect the setup times for other vendors, the event organizers, and our customers. (Subject to Change)
Do you require electricity? I understand that there is an extra $20 fee for booths requiring electricity. Spots are limited.
I understand that all vendors are required to carry valid insurance in order to participate in the market. We are partnered with Duuo Insurance, which offers affordable daily event insurance — typically around $17 per day (prices may vary). If I am accepted, I will be provided with a link to purchase coverage through Duuo if needed.
FOOD RELATED VENDORS: I understand that if I am accepted as a vendor selling or sampling any food-related products, I am required to submit the Ottawa Public Health Special Event Vendor Application Form at least 14 days prior to the event. I also agree to comply with all Ottawa Public Health guidelines and requirements.
