1. Payment A non‑refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your commission. The remaining balance is due upon completion before delivery. 2. Timeline Completion time varies by project. I will provide an estimated timeframe, but delays may occur depending on complexity. 3. Revisions at least 2 revision is included during the sketch/approval stage. Once painting begins, only minor adjustments are allowed. 4. Refunds Deposits are non‑refundable. No refunds will be issued once the final artwork is completed. 5. Usage Rights The artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased. I retain the right to display the artwork in my portfolio and social media unless you request otherwise. 6. Shipping (if applicable) Client is responsible for shipping costs. I am not liable for damage caused during shipping. 7. Communication Please provide clear references and respond promptly to avoid delays.
