  • Thank you for participating in a PhotoArtGraphy Collaborative Modeling Photo Shoot with PhotoArtGraphy!

    These sessions are collaborative, non-paid photo shoots designed to provide models with photography experience and professionally edited digital images while allowing PhotoArtGraphy to create new portfolio, website, social media, educational, and promotional photography.

    Please carefully review and complete this agreement before participating.

  • Photo Shoot Information

  • Collaborative Photo Shoot/TFP Agreement

  • This is a collaborative modeling photo shoot sometimes traditionally referred to within the photography and modeling industries as a "TFP" (Time for Photos) or test shoot.

    No modeling fee and no photography session fee will be exchanged.

    In consideration for the model's time and participation, PhotoArtGraphy will provide the model/parent or guardian with a selection of professionally edited digital photographs from the session.

    The parties agree that the model's participation and the digital photographs provided by PhotoArtGraphy constitute the agreed exchange of value for this collaborative photo shoot.

  • Digital Image Delivery

  • PhotoArtGraphy will select the photographs that will receive final professional editing.

    The number of final photographs may vary based upon the length, nature, results, and creative objectives of the session. PhotoArtGraphy does not guarantee delivery of every photograph taken during the session.

    Final images will ordinarily be delivered through an online gallery or another digital delivery method selected by PhotoArtGraphy.

    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, RAW files and unedited photographs are not included and will not be provided.

    PhotoArtGraphy will make reasonable efforts to deliver the finished photographs within approximately 14 days following the session. More complex projects or unusual circumstances may require additional time.

  • Model's Permission to Use Delivered Photographs

  • The model and, when applicable, the model's parent/legal guardian may download and use the delivered photographs for personal and portfolio purposes, including:

    • Personal social media accounts
    • Modeling portfolios
    • Personal websites
    • Model profiles and casting profiles
    • Auditions and casting submissions
    • Sharing with friends and family
    • Personal printing

    The photographs may not be sold, licensed to third parties, entered into commercial advertising arrangements, materially altered, or used for another organization's commercial promotion without prior written permission from PhotoArtGraphy.

    PhotoArtGraphy retains the copyright to photographs created by PhotoArtGraphy.

    When practical, PhotoArtGraphy appreciates photographer credit when photographs are shared publicly.

  • Model Release and Permission to Photograph

  • I voluntarily authorize Drew Jensen/PhotoArtGraphy to photograph the model identified in this agreement during the collaborative photo shoot.

    I grant PhotoArtGraphy permission to use, reproduce, display, publish, edit, crop, retouch, and create derivative versions of photographs created during the session for lawful purposes related to PhotoArtGraphy's photography, creative, educational, portfolio, editorial, and promotional activities.

    Permitted uses may include, but are not limited to:

    • PhotoArtGraphy.com and other websites owned or operated by PhotoArtGraphy or Sozo Firm Inc.
    • PhotoArtGraphy portfolios
    • Social media
    • Blog articles
    • Printed promotional materials
    • Digital advertisements
    • Photography advertisements
    • Displays and exhibits
    • Educational materials and photography articles
    • Sample galleries
    • Promotional videos or slideshows incorporating photographs
    • Submissions displaying or promoting PhotoArtGraphy's photography
    • Other lawful promotion of PhotoArtGraphy's photography services and creative work

    I understand that photographs published online or on social media may be viewed, shared, saved, reposted, indexed, or otherwise distributed by third parties beyond PhotoArtGraphy's control.

    If you have a question, concern, or would like to request a limitation regarding how photographs from this session may be used by PhotoArtGraphy, please explain below.

  • PhotoArtGraphy does not need to publicly identify the model by full name in order to use the photographs.

  • For minor models, PhotoArtGraphy will ordinarily avoid publishing a minor's full name unless there is a specific reason to do so and the parent/legal guardian has approved it.

  • Social Media & Model Credit

    PhotoArtGraphy may share selected photographs from Collaborative Modeling Photo Shoots on social media, including Instagram and Facebook.

    When appropriate, PhotoArtGraphy may credit or tag participating models, dancers, performers, stylists, makeup artists, studios, or other collaborators. Social media credit can help recognize the people involved in creating the photographs and allows participants to easily share and engage with published images.

    Providing a social media account is optional. You are not required to provide an account or permit PhotoArtGraphy to tag you in order to participate in a Collaborative Modeling Photo Shoot.

  • Social Media Tagging Preference

  • When PhotoArtGraphy publishes photographs from this Collaborative Modeling Photo Shoot, how would you like us to handle social media tagging or credit?*

  • Social Media Identification of Minor Model

    PhotoArtGraphy takes additional care when publicly identifying minor models. A parent/legal guardian must specifically authorize any social media account tagging or public identification of the minor.

  • Studio, Agency, Team or Organization

    If applicable, please provide the name and social media handle of a dance studio, modeling agency, performance group, team, or other organization you would like PhotoArtGraphy to consider crediting or tagging.

  • Providing this information does not guarantee that PhotoArtGraphy will tag or identify the organization in every post.

  • Instagram Collaboration Posts

    PhotoArtGraphy may occasionally invite a model or other participant to be a collaborator on an Instagram post or Reel featuring photographs or video from the session. Accepting a collaboration invitation is always optional.

  • May PhotoArtGraphy send a collaboration invitation to the Instagram account provided above?

  • Editing & Retouching

  • I understand that PhotoArtGraphy may professionally edit photographs created during the session.

    Editing may include adjustments to exposure, color, contrast, cropping, composition, skin retouching, background adjustments, removal of distractions, artistic treatments, black-and-white conversions, composites, and other photographic or creative editing consistent with PhotoArtGraphy's style.

    PhotoArtGraphy will not intentionally use the model's likeness in a defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or deliberately misleading manner.

  • Artificial Intelligence and Generative Editing

  • PhotoArtGraphy may use modern professional editing tools, including software containing artificial-intelligence-assisted editing features, for ordinary photographic editing such as object removal, background cleanup, noise reduction, masking, sharpening, expansion of backgrounds, or similar enhancements.

    PhotoArtGraphy will not intentionally use photographs from the session to create sexually explicit, pornographic, defamatory, or intentionally deceptive representations of the model.

  • No Guarantee of Publication or Modeling Opportunities

  • Participation in a Collaborative Modeling Photo Shoot does not guarantee:

    • Publication of any photograph
    • Selection for future PhotoArtGraphy projects
    • Paid modeling opportunities
    • Employment
    • Representation by an agency
    • Acceptance by a modeling agency
    • Commercial modeling assignments

    The purpose of the session is photography experience, creative collaboration, portfolio development, and the creation of photographs for the parties' permitted uses.

  • Clothing, Styling and Session Boundaries

  • The model and/or parent/legal guardian is responsible for approving clothing, wardrobe, makeup, styling, poses, and concepts used during the collaborative session.

    The model may decline any pose, wardrobe choice, activity, or creative concept that makes the model uncomfortable.

    For a minor model, the parent/legal guardian may stop or decline any portion of the session on the minor's behalf.

    PhotoArtGraphy reserves the same right to decline or discontinue any pose, wardrobe, activity, location, or concept that PhotoArtGraphy considers unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the intended project.

  • Minor Model Safety and Parent/Guardian Presence

  • A parent/legal guardian must approve the collaborative photo shoot and is expected to remain present or immediately available during the session unless another arrangement has been expressly approved in advance by PhotoArtGraphy and the parent/legal guardian.

    PhotoArtGraphy encourages open communication among the photographer, minor model, and parent/legal guardian throughout the session.

    The minor model may decline any pose or activity at any time, regardless of the permissions granted by this agreement.

  • Assumption of Ordinary Session Risks

  • I understand that photography sessions may involve ordinary activities such as standing, walking, sitting, posing, changing positions, and moving around outdoor or indoor locations.

    The model should inform PhotoArtGraphy of any activity, environment, or condition that the model does not feel comfortable participating in.

    No participant is required to perform a pose, movement, or activity that they believe is unsafe.

  • Copyright and Ownership

  • I understand that photographs created by PhotoArtGraphy remain copyrighted works of the photographer except where otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

    Receipt of digital photographs does not transfer copyright ownership to the model or parent/legal guardian.

    The model receives permission to use delivered photographs according to the terms described in this agreement.

  • No Additional Compensation for Authorized Image Use

  • I understand that the digital photographs provided through this collaborative arrangement constitute the agreed consideration for the model's participation and permissions granted under this agreement.

    I understand that the model will not receive additional compensation, royalties, residual payments, licensing fees, or other payments because PhotoArtGraphy uses an image in a manner authorized by this agreement.

  • Agreement and Electronic Signature

  • By signing below, I acknowledge that:

    • I have read this entire agreement.
    • I understand its terms.
    • I have had an opportunity to ask questions before signing.
    • I am completing and signing this agreement voluntarily.
    • The information I have provided is accurate.
    • I agree to conduct this transaction electronically.
    • I intend my electronic signature to constitute my signature on this agreement.
