Please take your time and complete each section carefully. Details such as base type, base size, hair colour, hair length, density, wave/curl, hair direction, front contour, hairline and any special instructions are all important for the final result.

Once the form has been reviewed and confirmed, these specifications will be used for production.

With the Standard order, no additional charge is applied. Average production times are usually 10–12 weeks for partial or standard hair systems, and 14–18 weeks for full cap systems.

With the Super Rush order, your system receives maximum production priority. Estimated maximum production times are usually 4–6 weeks for partial or standard systems, and 12–16 weeks for full cap systems.

The Super Rush surcharge is £77 per partial/standard system and £117 per full cap system. If production exceeds the estimated rush timeframe, the rush surcharge will be refunded. This extra amount is needed to cover the shipping to and from the factory plus an extra for the factory.

Please note: the production times above do not include possible delays caused by:

• pandemics or other extraordinary events
• factory closures during Chinese national holidays
• shipping time from the production facility to our fulfilment/QC centre
• customs clearance delays
• additional quality control checks before dispatch by CAPELLO

Partial : The base must not exceed 10 cm on each side, including any side flaps. The measurement must be taken with a soft measuring tape that follows the curvature of the template.

Standard : The base must not exceed 25 cm in length or 20 cm in width, including any side flaps. The measurement must be taken with a soft measuring tape that follows the curvature of the template.

Full cap : The base exceeds 25 cm in length or exceeds 20 cm in width

 

Size Tolerance & Surcharge

Our factory allows a small size tolerance for standard systems between 80 and 85 square inches.

This means that if your template is slightly larger than the standard 8" x 10" size, but still within the factory tolerance — for example up to approximately 8.5" x 10" — a £30 surcharge will be applied.

If the template exceeds this tolerance, the order may need to be treated as a Full Cap order, which has a higher production cost. In this case, we will contact you before proceeding.

Production will not start until the final size category and any applicable surcharge have been confirmed.

Please indicate the material or materials that the base will be made from. You may select more than one material.

Important: in the interactive order form that will be sent after payment, you will need to select the same materials chosen here.

Please note that Thin Indian Remy hair is specially selected for its fine diameter, which is very similar to European hair texture. However, due to its finer structure, it is more fragile than standard Indian Remy hair.

For selected orders, the hair can also be processed as virgin hair, meaning the factory can keep the hair cuticles intact for a more natural and premium result.

Please note that this option is only available for injected skin bases. It is not available for lace, knotted skin, or V-loop systems.

No surcharge is required for Thin Indian Remy hair.

Please note that real human grey hair is rarely used in the hair system industry.

This is because natural human grey hair usually comes from older donors, and the hair quality is often more fragile. In addition, real human grey hair naturally has a warmer/yellow tone, which may not match the clean grey or white shade most customers expect. It is also significantly more expensive and difficult to source consistently.

For this reason, high-quality processed yak hair is commonly used as the best alternative to real human grey hair. Yak hair can achieve a cleaner grey or white tone and usually provides a more consistent result. This option has been tested by our factory's technicians to achieve better softness, durability and reduced frizz compared to lower-quality grey hair alternatives.

For example: root effect, balayage/shatush, highlights, lowlights, etc.

If you require an invoice, please request it now. It may not be possible to issue one later once the order has been processed and recorded.

Your personal data will not be sold. It will not be used for automated decision-making or profiling.

We will keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including order administration, customer support, legal, tax and accounting requirements. Enquiry data that does not lead to an order will usually be retained for up to [insert period, e.g. 12 or 24 months]. Order-related data may be retained for longer where required for legal, tax or business record purposes.
