  • Welcome to the SALON/26 submission form. We are delighted to receive your entry for this year’s members' exhibition.

    Please read the full submission guidelines here before you begin.

    Please complete and submit this form once only. If you are entering multiple images (up to 5 maximum), upload all files within this single submission. If selected, 1 image will be exhibited.

    Selected artists receive a 25% discount on in-house printing for the show. If you are submitting pre-printed work, please state the exact finished dimensions where prompted below.

    • THE GLOVER-RAYNER PRIZE 

    • The Glover-Rayner Prize was established during Photofusion’s 30th anniversary year by founder member Gina Glover and the long-time chair of the board Dr Geof Rayner.

      The prize recognises photographic work that raises questions about our fragile environment and pressing issues of climate change, sustainability, biodiversity and more.

      We are interested in people who are looking at these issues in the broadest sense, including those who make work sustainably and those who have considered these wider issues within their creative practice.

      Candidates will be offered the option to submit to the Glover-Rayner prize as part of the general submission process to Salon/25. The winner will receive a cash prize of £3,000.

    • THE SALON SOLO AWARD 

    • The SALON Solo Award (formerly SELECT) is designed to platform emerging talent by serving as a launchpad for a major body of work.

      One overall winner receives a 1-week solo exhibition in the Photofusion Main Gallery, supported by a £250 artist fee, a £500 production budget and dedicated 1-on-1 curatorial mentoring to prepare the show. The recipient also gets a one-year extension on their membership and will be featured across Photofusion’s social media and website.

      To be eligible, the submitted project must not have been previously exhibited in a solo show elsewhere. If you are applying for this award, please include between 4 further images from your project.

    • Crediting Commitment: Photofusion is committed to crediting all photographers. If your image is used on any of the platforms above, you will be credited with the name/handle you provided in your submission details.

      SALON/26 applicants retain full ownership of the copyright to their image(s). If you wish to rescind permission to use your image, please write to Photofusion at info@photofusion.org and we will immediately cease all current useage of the image(s) and delete the image(s) from our database. We cannot retrospectively delete the images from Photofusion promotional use predating the request to cease.

      1. Originality and Copyright: I am the sole author and owner of the copyright for the submitted image(s). The image(s) are my original work, and I have the full, legal authority to grant the usage permissions outlined in this form.

      2. Model/Property Releases: If the submitted image(s) depict any identifiable person(s) or private property/locations (e.g., recognisable art or people who would require a model release for public use), I confirm that I have secured all necessary and valid model and/or property releases, permissions, or licences for Photofusion to use the image(s). I agree to provide copies of such releases to Photofusion upon request if relevant.
