Medical & Safety Declaration: I confirm that all registered employees are physically fit, have undergone regular training, and are capable to compete a 60-minute pool endurance swim. Qualified lifeguards will be on deck, but the company assumes standard responsibility for employees' safety and conduct.
Media & Photo Release Consent: I understand this is a high-visibility pre-campaign supporting Alex Fong Hong Kong-Macau Charity Swim 2026. I hereby grant InspiringHK Sports Foundation the right to use event photographs and video footage featuring our employees for publicity, annual reports, and media materials
Event Cancellation & Refund Policy: As this is a charitable event, donations are non-refundable if the event is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. The Organiser reserves the right of final decision.
