Camp Activities are a highlight for all OEC participants.

In order for us to plan ahead, please let us know if your group will be allowed to participate in the following activities:

Is your school/group permitted to do Waterfront Activities?

This includes Canoe, Kayak, SUP, Fishing and Waterpark (for some later in season groups)

Is your school/group permitted to do Ropes activities?

This includes Climbing Wall, Team Ropes, Initiative Tasks, Zipline and Trapeze

Are there any activities your students/group are NOT allowed to participate in?

Please specify any additional activities you CANNOT use (ie, if you already said NO WATERSPORTS, you do not need to note. However, if you would like to use the Climbing Wall, but not Trapeze, please use this space to clarify.

Terms Of Payment

With Application - $2,000.00 deposit

March 11, 2027 - 1st Installment Due

50% of the fee (based on your estimated numbers; invoice will be sent in February).

April 15, 2027 - Balance Due

Balance due in full. Adjustments for additional students will be dealt with upon arrival at camp.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation from date of booking to March 10, 2027
Deposit of $2,000 is forfeited.

Cancellation made between March 11 to April 15, 2027
50% of total booking fee (based on numbers indicated on original application form) will be forfeited.

Cancellation after April 15, 2027
Payment is non-refundable

Policy on Reduction of Student Numbers

January 9 to April 30, 2027

Student/participant numbers can drop by 20% of the original total numbers communicated on the original application form without penalty.

If student/participant numbers drop more than 20% the original numbers communicated on the original application form, payment for outstanding students is still required.

After April 30th, 2027

Schools are responsible for the costs of all students communicated on the application form regardless of the reduction of students/participants participating on the trip.
