PLEASE NOTE: Maryland Sports Arena will make every effort to consider scheduling requests submitted at the time of registration; however, all requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Specific game-time requests cannot be accepted.

All teams are expected to play all games as scheduled. Once the schedule is posted online, game dates and times cannot be changed. A team that fails to appear for a scheduled game will be charged a $150 forfeit fee, which must be paid prior to their next game.
Registration Agreement
Please review the following Maryland Sports Arena registration policies:

Payment: Payment in full is required with registration, except for cash and paper-check payments, which must be received within 7 business days.

Refunds: League fees are non-refundable unless the league does not occur.

Referee Fees: Referee fees are additional and are not included in the league registration fee.

Rosters & Waivers: Team rosters and player liability waivers must be completed before the team's first game.

Scheduling: Scheduling requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed. Once the schedule is posted online, game dates and times cannot be changed.

Forfeits: A team that fails to appear for a scheduled game will be charged a $150 forfeit fee, which must be paid prior to the team's next game.
