Get ready for an unforgettable 47-day Roustabouts RV Club adventure showcasing the very best of Queensland’s coast, rainforest, reef and outback highlights. Starting at Maryborough, this Long Paddock Drive heads north along the Bruce Highway through iconic regional centres including Rockhampton, Mackay and Bowen before rolling into tropical Cairns — the gateway to Palm Cove, Port Douglas, the Daintree and the Great Barrier Reef.
From relaxed coastal days and reef experiences to rainforest drives, fishing at Cooktown, the cool green beauty of the Atherton Tablelands, the dramatic Chillagoe landscape and the remarkable Undara Lava Tubes, this trip is packed with the kind of places people talk about long after the journey is over. We then return to the coast for a visit to Mission Beach, Townsville, Magnetic Island, Airlie Beach, Cape Hillsborough, Tannum Sands and Woodgate — a spectacular finale to a drive you truly won’t want to miss.
