Mirat Membership Eligibility Rights: (1) Must be the copyright owner, representative, or performer. (2) Writers/Composers: Minimum three original recorded works. (3) Performers: One recorded work already registered by the composer. Publishers: at lease representing 15+ artists and 30+ recordings (4) Verification: Provide accurate details, Passport or National ID, and email verification. (6) Legal: Accept the membership agreement. (7) Minors: Under 18 must apply via parent/guardian. (8) AI Content: Must have sufficient human authorship. Fully AI-generated works are ineligible.

Application Checklist: Have these items ready to complete the form in one go: (1) Valid identity document: Passport or National ID. (2) Bank letter: Document showing your name, address, and account number. (3) Representatives and publishers: confirm below that you have the consent of the artists or rightsholders you represent. Mîrat will request signed artist authorisation later during work-list verification. (4) Publisher: The legal representative of the publisher Passport or National ID, publisher registration certificate. Mîrat will request signed artist authorisation later or proof of master recording wonership during work-list verification (5) Time: At least 45 continuous minutes to finish the application.
