• Business Protection Scorecard

Discover where your business is protected, where gaps exist, and what to prioritize as you grow.
  • Welcome Page

How protected and systemized is your business? Growth creates opportunities but it also creates complexity. The systems, agreements and processes that worked when you started may not be enough for the business you’re building today. This assessment will help you identify potential gaps across your business structure, contracts, people, client experience, operations, financial controls, intellectual property and owner dependency. At the end, you’ll receive a score that shows where your business currently stands and highlights the areas you may want to prioritize as you grow. Estimated completion time is 8–10 minutes. Be sure to answer each question based on how your business operates right now. There are no right or wrong answers. The goal is to give you an honest snapshot of your current business infrastructure.
