Non Refundable deposit of $45 is due within 1 hour of submitting form. Forms with no deposits will be pulled out to make room for next contestant.

Fees are non refundable. In the event the pageant is cancelled or postponed, fees will rollover to any event of your choice within 12 months of submission.

Staff, and event venue will not be held responsible for injury, theft, damage, to any person, or personal belongings.

Family oriented events, there will be no bullying of contestants, or guests. Those found to be involved will be asked to leave the event.

All guests must pay entry. Everyone must receive an armband age 5 and up .

Photogenic entries and Outfit of Choice music must be turned in no later than one week before pageant day.

Balances are due 1 week prior to event date. If balances are not in, you will forfeit deposit and must pay in full prior to any future event. (Payment arrangement can be made prior by speaking with director only)
