Biidaasige Park - Saturday, September 12th at 10:00 AM

Meeting spot: 51 Commissioners Street, in front of Old Fire Hall 30 building

Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours circular walk along mostly flat surfaces with gentle slopes. Dress for the weather conditions. Wear comfortable walking or hiking shoes and sunscreen.

Starting from our meet up spot we will complete a loop around the eastern section of Biidassige Park before crossing Cherry Street to explore the newly opened western section of the park, returning back to our starting point.

There will be opportunities to try a variety of types of nature photography, including bird, landscape and macro photography. For all skill levels, from beginners to experts, using any type of camera, from smartphones to digital cameras. We will discuss the principles of ethical nature photography and photography tips & techniques.

What to bring: Sunscreen, water, drinks, snacks, and cameras of any kind.
