Jingle Bell Junction Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in Jingle Bell Junction at Excite! Gym & Cheer! This is a curated indoor Christmas market featuring 60+ local vendors, food and beverage trucks, and a festive holiday experience. Applications will be reviewed to create a diverse mix of vendors and products. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Vendor & Business Options

• Small Booth (6' x 6' / $90) 

• Standard Booth  (8' x 8' / $125) 

• Large Booth (10' x 10' / $165) 

• Coffee/Specialty Beverage Truck ($125) 

• Promotional/Service Business (10' x 10' / $250)

Participants provide their own tables, chairs, and display fixtures.

Booth selection is a request and is subject to availability. Final booth placement will be determined by JM Market Co.

Please provide at least one active social media account. Active social media is required as part of our selection process.

Vendor & Business Rules

• Booth fees: Small Booth (6' x 6') - $90; Standard Booth (8' x 8') - $125; Large Booth (10' x 10') - $165; Coffee/Specialty Truck - $125; Promotional/Service Business (10' x 10') - $250
• This is a curated market. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
• The organizer reserves the right to limit or decline businesses in categories that are already well represented.
• Accepted participants must pay within 5 days after acceptance to secure their booth space.
• Booth fees are non-refundable, including particapant cancellations or no-shows, unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
• Booth assignments are made by the event organizer based on paricipant preferences, availability, and event layout. Final assignments are at the organizer's discretion.
• Electricity is limited and available for an additional $25 fee if approved.
• Participants are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and displays.  
• Participants must remain set up for the entire event (10AM - 4PM).
• Only approved products, services, and promotional activities may be offered or displayed.
• Food and beverage vendors must comply with all applicable Texas laws and health regulations and provide any required permits, regstrations, licenses, or certifications on request.
• Participants are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax.
• Participants are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, and personal property. The organizer and venue are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
• Participants are responsible for any damage caused to the venue by themselves, their employees, or their guests.
• The organizer reserves the right to ask any participant to remove products, promotional materials, or displays that do not comply with the event rules or the approved application.
• Participants assume all responsibility for injuries or damage arising from their booth, products, services, or business activities and agree to hold the event organizer and venue harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify the event layout, schedule, vendor assignments, or event details due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or events beyond the organizer's control.
• By participating, participants grant the organizer permission to photograph or record their booth and use those images or videos for future marketing and promotional purposes.
