Ngā Hapori Ngaruru works alongside locals in Onehunga and Mt Wellington, creating opportunities for people to connect, get involved and lead projects that matter in their communities. Squiggla is the community art arm of the Chartwell Trust, and they're all about making art playful and open to everyone. Together we're bringing FREE creative sessions for all-ages that builds creative thinking through the joy of mark making. Free kai provided on the day too!
There are two kinds of get-togethers:
Pop-ups — drop in any time, add your mark to the big collaborative artwork, and wander on whenever you like.
Workshops — a slightly more structured couple of hours to make your own sensory map of the neighbourhood, alongside others from your community.
