Spring Fair Country Markets – Vendor Application
Spring Fair Country Markets is at Nicholas Street Precinct and Tulmur Place, Ipswich, from 10am–2pm on Sunday 20 September, Sunday 18 October and Sunday 22 November 2026. Attractions include live music, line dancing lessons, free kids’ face painting, roaming entertainers, pop-up Meet the Farmer stalls, delicious food and creative market stalls. Setup is anytime from 8am.
Vendors must be fully self-sufficient and bring their own equipment. The site is concrete, so every marquee leg must have suitable weights and pegs cannot be used.
Farmers and producers in the Meet the Farmer section may trade free of charge. They are asked to promote the event through their own channels and must hold current public liability/vendor insurance.
