By submitting this registration form, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

All entry fees, optional fees, and purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, weather, disqualification, or failure to attend.
AAA Pageants, Velvet & Vogue Pageant, event staff, volunteers, sponsors, and venue owners are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Participants and guests are solely responsible for their belongings.
Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. Any contestant, parent, family member, coach, or guest displaying unsportsmanlike conduct, disruptive behavior, harassment, intimidation, or disrespect toward contestants, judges, staff, or attendees may be removed from the event. Contestants associated with such behavior may be immediately disqualified without refund, at the sole discretion of AAA Pageants.
The decisions of the judges are final and will be respected by all participants and guests.
By signing this form, I certify that all information provided is accurate and that I agree to abide by all rules, policies, and decisions established by AAA Pageants throughout the event.

Photo and Video Release Authorization
By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree that AAA Pageants, its representatives, photographers, videographers, and authorized partners may photograph, record, and otherwise capture images, video, and audio of me and/or my participating child during the Velvet & Vogue Pageant and any related AAA Pageants activities.

I grant AAA Pageants permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute these photographs, videos, and recordings for promotional, advertising, marketing, and informational purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, use on AAA Pageants’ website, social media platforms, digital advertisements, printed materials, promotional videos, and future pageant-related publications.

I understand that these materials may be used without additional notice, approval, or compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials in which the participant’s image, likeness, voice, or appearance may be used.

I confirm that I am either the participating contestant or the parent or legal guardian of the participating minor and have the authority to grant this permission.
