CleanPort aims to make these requirements clearer for suppliers and give businesses greater confidence that the cleaning companies they're considering are appropriately compliant for the work.

 

Becoming CleanPort Verified & Industry Compliant is also FREE for suppliers who can provide the required evidence demonstrating that they meet the applicable requirements.

You do not need to purchase any compliance services from CleanPort to become verified.

For businesses that are unsure of the requirements, have compliance gaps or would like additional assistance, CleanPort is developing a range of optional paid Compliance Support Services.

These services are designed to make becoming — and staying — compliant easier, but they are not compulsory.

A sector-specific Compliance Requirements Guide providing a clear checklist of the licences, insurance, documentation, qualifications and other requirements your business may need to become contract-ready for your chosen sector.

STEP 2 — WHAT AM I MISSING?

A Compliance Gap Assessment reviewing your existing compliance information against relevant requirements and identifying what you already have, what's missing and what needs to be addressed.

You'll receive a clear action list outlining your pathway towards becoming CleanPort Verified & Contract Ready.

Proposed one-off price: $295

 

STEP 3 — HELP ME GET THERE

For businesses wanting additional support, the Compliance Support Service would include the Compliance Gap Assessment plus guidance through outstanding requirements, help understanding the evidence required and a final review once the identified actions have been completed.

HELP ME STAY COMPLIANT

Maintaining CleanPort Verified status is FREE if your business manages its own ongoing compliance.

CleanPort is also considering an optional Compliance Monitoring Service to help suppliers track important compliance information, renewal and expiry dates and receive reminders when documentation needs to be updated.

This could help your business remain Verified & Contract Ready without having to manually monitor every compliance item.

 

To help us understand the types of commercial cleaning opportunities our supplier network is currently servicing — and the contracts you would like CleanPort to connect you with — we'd like to know a little about your existing contract profile.

 

Once your business is Verified & Industry Compliant, it can become eligible to be matched with relevant commercial cleaning opportunities through CleanPort.

The CleanPort Supplier Match Framework is designed to connect the right opportunities with the right suppliers based on factors including:

Being matched with an opportunity does not mean you are required to proceed. You'll have the opportunity to review the relevant contract information before deciding whether you'd like to express interest.

 

Joining CleanPort, listing your business, becoming CleanPort Verified & Industry Compliant, and being matched with suitable contract opportunities is FREE.

You do not pay CleanPort simply to view or express interest in an opportunity.

A Supplier Success Fee is only payable if your business successfully secures a new commercial cleaning contract through CleanPort.

Because commercial cleaning contracts vary significantly in value and duration, we are testing a fee structure designed to keep the initial Success Fee proportionate to the size of the contract.

For fixed-term contracts, the proposed fee structure is:

Under $5000	$99
$5,000–$14,999	$199
$15,000–$49,999	$299
$50,000 +	$500

PLUS 5% of the total agreed contract value.

For month-to-month or ongoing agreements where there is no guaranteed total contract value, CleanPort is considering a lower one-off Success Fee rather than an ongoing percentage of revenue.

Your feedback will help us determine the fairest Success Fee structure before launch.
