We invite whaanau, marae, community groups and small businesses to register their interest in holding stalls for kai, arts and crafts, merchandise and other goods during Te Toi Ahurea 2026.

    Please note:

    • Stallholders must provide their own electricity.
    • All stallholders are required to provide their own equipment including shelter, tables, chairs and any other necessary items.
    • There is no cost to hold a stall, however all stallholders are expected to remove all equipment and rubbish and leave the site as they found it.
    • You will be informed by TKOR regarding the outcome of your Stall EOI no later than 25th September 2026.
    • Filling out this form does not guarantee approval of your stall application.

Please note: If you operate a food business or sell kai regularly, you will need to ensure you are registered with the Whanganui District Council under the Food Act 2014. Exceptions to the rule are for those who do not ordinarily trade in food and are selling food on no more than one (1) occasion in a calendar year. In this case, you are only required to make sure that the food you are selling is safe and suitable for consumption.
