  • Provider New Business & Provisional Engagement Acknowledgment

  • Charleston Clean Routine, LLC is a new and growing business that is actively building its client base. The number, frequency, location, duration, and type of service assignments available may vary significantly from week to week. Charleston Clean Routine, LLC does not guarantee any provider a minimum number of assignments, working hours, service opportunities, weekly income, compensation, schedule, territory, or continued volume of work. Some weeks may have limited assignments or no assignments available. Assignments are offered only as client demand and business needs permit. As the Company grows its client base, additional assignments may become available; however, expected growth is not a promise or guarantee of future work. Providers are contracted on a provisional independent-contractor basis. Continued eligibility to receive assignment offers depends on completion and continued maintenance of onboarding requirements, required insurance and documentation, background-screening requirements where applicable, professional and service standards, reliability, client satisfaction, and compliance with the Independent Contractor Services Agreement. Provisional engagement does not create a probationary employment relationship, employee relationship, exclusivity, or entitlement to employee wages, benefits, or guaranteed scheduling. Providers remain free to operate an independent business and to accept or decline offered assignments as permitted by the Independent Contractor Services Agreement. Charleston Clean Routine, LLC may determine whether to offer assignments and may discontinue the contractual relationship in accordance with the Independent Contractor Services Agreement and applicable law. Nothing in this acknowledgment waives rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived. If this acknowledgment conflicts with the Independent Contractor Services Agreement, the Independent Contractor Services Agreement controls.
