Do you agree to and understand the below Refund Policy?* This field is required.· Under normal circumstances where a player elects to forfeit or withdraw from a team, a team elects to withdraw from the competition or a player/team cannot attend a round of games, they will not be eligible for a refund of any fees paid. Where a player cannot play and provides sufficient notice to the committee in writing, they may be eligible for a partial refund if the withdrawal is due to unforeseen medical reasons or at the committee’s discretion. To apply for a refund, a player must message the LVRV Facebook Page with their name, reason for requesting a refund and bank details.

Do you agree to and understand the below Forfeit Policy?* This field is required.At the scheduled game start time, if a team is not able to field the required players the game will be deemed to have commenced and the opposition can commence serving. Any points scored prior to the defending team fielding the required minimum players are valid and count to the overall score. If the defending team is more than five minutes late without notice, the game is deemed forfeited and the score final. If a team forfeits two or more games without notifying the committee or without reason, then the committee reserves the right to remove that team from the competition and no refund will be provided for the remainder of the competition.
