      • TERMS & CONDITIONS

        By registering, each player agrees to the following terms and conditions:

        League Format: The I-85 Golf League is a skill-based golf competition. Teams consist of two players and compete each Tuesday for six consecutive weeks beginning September 15, 2026. Each weekly competition consists of 9 holes of Captain's Choice, with scores recorded and determined through Toptracer. League standings and the winning team will be determined according to the official league scoring and rules established by I-85 Golf.

        Registration: Registration is $100 per two-player team and is non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be provided if a player or team misses a league night, withdraws, or is otherwise unable to participate. Registration fee is cash only and must be paid in shop. Registration is not complete until fee is paid.

        Included Benefits: Registration includes the items and benefits specifically advertised for the league, including food and refreshments, an I-85 Golf League T-shirt, and a reserved bay. Included items and benefits have no cash value and may not be exchanged or substituted for cash. Golf balls are not included and are the responsibility of each player.

        Cash Prize: A cash prize may be awarded to the winning team based on their performance in the league. The cash prize amount is not guaranteed and may vary based on final league participation and the number of registered teams. The prize amount and applicable league scoring rules will be communicated by I-85 Golf before or at the beginning of league play. The cash prize is awarded based on skill and performance in the golf competition and is not determined by a random drawing or selection.

        League Rules: I-85 Golf reserves the right to establish, interpret, modify, and enforce league rules as reasonably necessary to conduct the competition, maintain fair play, address unforeseen circumstances, or comply with applicable law. I-85 Golf's determination regarding scores, standings, eligibility, and the winning team will be final.

        By registering, each player acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the official I85 Golf League rules.
