I understand that the applicant must be at least sixteen (16) years old to take the Road Skills Test.
I understand that applicants who are sixteen (16) years old must have held a valid Class E Learner’s Permit for at least one hundred eighty (180) days by the date of the test.
I understand that the Road Skills Test deposit is non-refundable and that appointments will not be rescheduled for any reason.
I understand that I must arrive at the office at least ten (10) minutes before my scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will have their appointments canceled and deposits forfeited.
I understand that applicants who are seventeen (17) years old or younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
I understand that the total cost of the Road Skills Test is $100, consisting of: $40 for the Road Skills Test; and $60 for the use of the testing vehicle.
I understand that the $40 deposit will be applied toward the total cost and that the remaining $60 must be paid in cash at the time of testing.
I understand that applicants upgrading directly from a Temporary Instruction Permit must have earned a Driver’s Assessment score of at least eighty percent (80%) on their Certificate of Completion to be eligible for the Road Skills Test.
