Riverside Studios, a historic cultural landmark on the banks of the River Thames, is seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer / Executive Director to lead and shape the next chapter of its story.
Riverside has state-of-the-art cinemas, theatres, studios, event spaces and a riverside restaurant, Riverside is a platform for artistic excellence, entertainment and hospitality, standing at a pivotal moment in its evolution. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the leader will build a small, high-calibre team, keep every space full, and make Riverside London's destination of choice for artists, audiences, partners and sponsors.

• Shape and deliver a clear commercial vision to increase revenue across existing programming, events, hospitality, sponsorship, partnerships and space utilisation.
• Unlock the venue's full potential, making the case for capital investment or redevelopment, and building UK-wide and international reach.
The Ideal Leader
• A proven leader of a cultural, entertainment, hospitality or mixed-use venue, with network to attract exceptional talent, world-class programming and audiences.
• A track record of critically admired programmes and the commercial acumen to double revenue and own the scale-up
• Ready to build and lead a high-calibre team, bringing two to three key people.
• A technology-led, data-driven approach to programming, audience development and day-to-day operations.
• The stature to serve as Riverside's principal ambassador to artists, sponsors, funders, community and public-sector partners.
