Riverside Studios, a historic cultural landmark on the banks of the River Thames, is seeking an experienced hospitality operator to lease, run and elevate its riverside restaurant and bar. With state-of-the-art cinemas, theatres, studios and event spaces drawing audiences to the water's edge, the restaurant and bar sit at the heart of the visitor experience. We aim to grow them into a compelling F&B destination, drawing both venue audiences and the wider Hammersmith and West London community.
We are seeking proposals based on a fixed minimum guarantee and revenue share, under which the operator independently runs the business and retains its revenues and costs. There is scope to grow additional revenue through private dining, events and corporate hospitality, and we are open to consider mutually agreed co-funded upgrades.
