2026 September 19th Guardian Budget Workshop Volunteer Needs

The Kidz2Leaders Guardian Budget Workshop, led by our Family Support Manager, equips guardians with practical, foundational skills in budgeting and financial management.

Childcare Volunteers (5 Needed) 9:30-12:30

Volunteers will care for children while their Guardians attend the workshop, creating a safe and engaging environment.

Hospitality Volunteer (1-2 Needed) 9:30-11:00

The Hospitality Volunteer helps create a warm, inviting atmosphere for attending Guardians and supports our Family Support Manager throughout the event.

Responsibilities:

Arrive early to set up coffee, food and beverages before participants arrive
Greet Guardians and help them feel welcome upon arrival
Refresh food and assist with room reset during the mid-point break
Provide general support as needed throughout the workshop

Food Support Needed

We are looking for help in providing food for both adults and children attending the event.

Please deliver food NO LATER THAN 9:15 AM on Saturday 9/19 or deliver to the K2L office on Thursday 9/17 between 9-4:00.

Breakfast Buffet Style: (10-12 Adults)

24 Mini Quiche (suggested item: Kroger® Mini Quiche Duo, 24 ct / 18 oz)
12 Muffins
Fruit (Clementines or bananas)
12 Individual yogurt cups and Granola
Coffee / Creamer, Water (provided by K2L) / Paper Products provided by K2L

For KidsCare Breakfast: (10-12 Kids)

12 pack mini muffins assorted
Fruit (Clementines, Bananas)
6 flavored individual yogurt cups
Individual packed Goldfish Crackers for 10-12 kids
10 pack Capri-Sun Drinks
