Funeral Music Selection Form Mother of Divine Mercy Parish

First of all, please accept my condolences for the lost of your loved one. It is a difficult time, especially with so many decisions to be made for all the arrangements requiring your attention. it is my hope that this brief form will provide an easy way to take care of this detail, albiet an important one, in the celebration of their life.

The funeral Mass is essentially the same format as a regular Novus Ordo Catholic Mass, so the musical choices should be familiar. At the end of this form are all the hymns that i have been asked to play at funerals in the last 12 years. If you would like, you can select as many as 4 hymns from the list to be played/sung at the funeral. If you do not have any particular preferences, then I will select amongst the most beloved hymns from the list and make the music as beautiful as it can be.

HYMN SELECTIONS - as mentioned above, you may (not required) select up to four hymns from the list below and they will be used as part of the funeral Mass in the most appropriate way.

Musician Fee: The standard musician fee is $200. Typically a check is brought to the funderal, and should be made out to "Ronald Weiler". I do also accept most electronic forms of payment as well, should that be more convenient for you.

Final music selections may be adjusted as needed for the liturgy. We will confirm details with you and support you throughout the process.
