  • Important Information

    • Camp hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
    • Enrollment is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • A minimum $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required per child for all packages.
    • Every session change is subject to availability and a $150 change fee. Changes approved on or after May 1, 2027, are recalculated using the tuition rates then in effect.
    • For full eight-week enrollment, the sibling discount is $100 for the second child and $50 for each additional child. It is not combined with Early Bird pricing.
    • For this backup form, the credit-card option collects the deposit plus the disclosed processing fee; cash/check deposits follow the instructions below. Remaining tuition follows the published payment schedule.
    • Payments are due on the first of each month. A $25 late charge applies when payment is not received within ten days. Final payment is due no later than April 1, 2027. If full tuition is not received by that date, a $100 late fee may apply and enrollment may be cancelled.
    • Returned checks are subject to a $50 fee.
    • Campers must be fully potty trained before attending camp.
    • Deposits and enrollment payments are non-refundable.

    This enrollment is not valid unless signed by the parent or guardian of the camper enrolled and accepted by the Camp Director. The signor agrees to pay the tuition and transportation (if applicable) according to the published schedule for this season. No refunds will be given for any reason, including late arrival, early departure, dismissal for cause, or busing. If tuition is not paid according to the payment schedule, or if payment is late, early enrollment credits will not apply and enrollment may be cancelled at the camp’s discretion with no credit or refund.FORCE MAJEURE. Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this agreement that is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host or internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, or generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy. Force Majeure does not include financial distress, inability to make a profit or avoid a financial loss, changes in market prices or conditions, or a party’s financial inability to perform.Curriculum and activities are subject to change based on local and state health guidelines. For the general welfare of all campers, the Camp reserves the unrestricted right to dismiss any camper whose conduct or influence, or whose family’s conduct, in the Director’s opinion is contrary to the camp’s best interests. No refund will be issued for such a dismissal.Promotional photography and video permission is optional and recorded separately. Camp images may be used for advertising or promotional purposes only when a parent or guardian separately grants permission; choosing no will not affect enrollment.If a parent cannot be reached in an emergency, permission is given to the child’s physician listed in camp records, or if unavailable a physician selected by the camp, to provide proper treatment. This contract is the parties’ full agreement and changes must be in writing and signed. A signing parent confirms authority to enroll the child and to act for the other parent. The camp is not responsible for personal property.Bus size, stop times, and routing are determined at the discretion of the Camp Director and the bus company. Transportation pricing is subject to change.Required children’s camp notice: (1) This camp is required to be permitted to operate by the Nassau County Department of Health; (2) this camp is required to be inspected twice yearly; and (3) inspection reports are filed at 200 County Seat Drive, Mineola, New York 11501.By submitting this completed enrollment form, the parent or guardian agrees to Malibu Beach Camp’s enrollment terms and consents to the child’s participation in the Malibu Beach Camp Swim Program at Malibu Shore Club. I hereby enroll my child in Malibu Beach Camp for the 2027 season and accept full responsibility for all fees and obligations associated with this enrollment. This contract requires a $1,000 deposit for the child to be enrolled in the Malibu Beach Camp 2027 season.
