• Refund & Credit/Transfer Request Form

  • ALL REFUNDS AND CREDIT/TRANSFER REQUESTS MUST BE INITIATED BY THE CUSTOMER BY COMPLETING THE FORM.

    ALL REFUNDS WILL INCUR A $65 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE.

    CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND AND ARE NOT ABLE TO BE APPLIED AS A CREDIT. THE CC FEE IS A CONVENIENCE FEE PAID TO THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR.

    CREDIT CAN ONLY BE APPLIED TO ANOTHER RKS TOURNAMENTS EVENT. WE CAN NOT TRANSFER CREDIT TO ANOTHER TOURNAMENT PROVIDER.

    CREDITS WILL REMAIN ON YOUR ACCOUNT UNTIL WE (A) RECEIVE A REFUND REQUEST TO START THE REFUND PROCESS OR UNTIL WE (B) RECEIVE A REQUEST TO TRANSFER CREDIT TO ANOTHER TOURNAMENT.

    Refund / Credit Policy subject to change.

  • All tournament entries are complete once the event fee and/or gate fee has been paid.

              *Teams withdrawing from an event by the end of the day on the Sunday prior to the start date of an event, will receive 100% credit.
               *Teams withdrawing from an event after SUNDAY, but by 12pm on the MONDAY prior to an event, will receive 50% credit.
               *Teams withdrawing from an event after 12pm on the MONDAY prior to an event, for any reason, are not eligible for a credit or refund.
               *Teams in divisions that do not make will receive 100% credit. 
    Weather Cancellations:

    If an event is cancelled due to weather, teams will be eligible for the following credit:

    -0- games started 100% credit
    -1- game started 50% credit
    -2- games started 0% credit

    CREDITS will be applied to your team account. If a refund is requested, the $65 administrative fee will be deducted.

  • Refunds will be processed within 72 hours and issued to the original payment method. We are unable to process a refund to a different/alternate card other than the card used to make the original payment.

    You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

    Please do not submit multiple/duplicate requests. Submitting multiple requests will only delay the process.

    REFUNDS TYPICALLY TAKE 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO FULLY PROCESS, DEPENDING ON THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR AND YOUR BANK.

  • If requesting a credit to be transfered, you must register for the tournament in which you would like the credit transferred to PRIOR to submitting the Credit Request Transfer Form.

    You will receive an email confirmation once your credits have been transferred.
