By initialing below, you explicitly understand and accept that you will not get to choose your pet. Our professional rescue staff thoroughly reviews this application to screen for saffety, stability, and lifestyle compatibility. Once approved, You will have a scheduled group opportunity to meet all the available dogs in the program. Following this interaction, the dogs and adopters get to meet befor the picking gets started. Then the dogs will make the final determination of which human they choose to bond with, assisted by rescue staff matchmaking logic. If you are uncomfortable letting the dog make the final choice, please request a standard adoption program instead.

This event will take Place in Lexington Ky. However if we do not reach the at least 30 + adopters we can not do the evernt so please share and let everyone know.

There will be other rescues and shelters at this event with their dogs.

Once we have all the adopters applications done we will call or email you with more info.

the fee is $50.00 per adopter. This fee must be paid when you are called or emailed. You are welcome to bring friends and family to the event. we ask that if kids come they understand there is no yelling as we want the dogs to use there nose and hearts. We don't want them scared.

What makes you want to be in this reverse dog adoption? Why Should we Trust you to Love and care for a pet you have never met?
You understand that animals coming from Rescue or a shelter are rescue animal, and are typically affectionate and friendly. We will not place an animal with a known unsound temperment. However, no one can predict how an animal will react in a given situation especially with out knowledge of the animals life experience and background. Therefore adoptive owners are strongly urged to exercise prudens and caution in introducing an adoptive pet into a new environment.
