At Aqua Fusion Academy, we value your time, our instructors’ time, and most importantly, your swimmer’s progress. The following policies help us provide reliable, consistent, and high-quality swim instruction for every family.
1. Scheduling & Commitment
Parents/guardians are responsible for selecting lesson times that work for their family’s schedule.
Once a lesson is confirmed, that time is reserved specifically for your swimmer.
Consistent attendance is strongly encouraged because regular lessons help swimmers build skills and confidence faster.
Parents should arrive and have the swimmer ready at the scheduled lesson time.
2. Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson without a fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the lesson being forfeited and charged in full.
Same-day cancellations are considered late cancellations.
No-shows will be charged the full lesson price.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of recurring lesson times.
3. Rescheduling
We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen.
Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.
Rescheduled lessons are subject to instructor availability.
A requested reschedule is not guaranteed until Aqua Fusion Academy confirms the new time.
Families may not automatically move a lesson to another day without confirmation.
4. Weather & Pool Conditions
Because Aqua Fusion Academy provides mobile lessons, weather and pool conditions can affect instruction.
Aqua Fusion Academy may cancel or reschedule a lesson when weather or pool conditions create an unsafe teaching environment.
Examples include lightning, severe thunderstorms, unsafe water conditions, or other circumstances determined by the instructor.
Weather-related cancellations made by Aqua Fusion Academy will not be treated as a parent cancellation.
The instructor will communicate with the parent as soon as possible regarding weather-related changes.
Make ups will be offered to classes that have already been paid
5. Instructor Arrival & Lesson Time
Parents should ensure the swimmer is ready when the instructor arrives.
Lesson time begins at the scheduled time, not when the swimmer enters the pool.
If the swimmer is not ready when the instructor arrives, the lesson may still end at the originally scheduled time.
Delays caused by the family may reduce the amount of instructional time available.
6. Swimmer Health & Safety
Parents must inform Aqua Fusion Academy before the lesson if their swimmer:
Is sick or experiencing contagious symptoms.
Has an injury or medical condition that may affect participation.
Has recently undergone a medical procedure.
Has any new physical, behavioral, or safety concern the instructor should know about.
Swimmers who are visibly ill, have a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or other potentially contagious symptoms should not attend lessons.
7. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
Parents and guardians are expected to:
Remain available during the lesson unless otherwise arranged.
Provide accurate contact and emergency information.
Inform the instructor of relevant medical or safety concerns.
Ensure the swimmer has appropriate swimwear and necessary equipment.
Maintain respectful communication with Aqua Fusion Academy instructors and staff.
Follow all pool rules and facility requirements.
8. Pool Access
For mobile lessons, the parent/guardian is responsible for ensuring that:
The instructor has safe and legal access to the pool.
The pool is available at the scheduled lesson time.
The pool area is reasonably safe and suitable for instruction.
Any required gate, building, or community access has been arranged before the instructor arrives.
If the instructor cannot access the pool because the required access was not arranged, the lesson may be considered a late cancellation/no-show.
9. Payment
Individual lessons are $65 per lesson when paid on a week-to-week basis.
Membership clients are billed according to their selected membership plan.
Payment must be completed on week on classes scheduled , if payment isn't made week of a fee of $15 will be charged.
Outstanding balances may prevent future lessons from being scheduled.
A lesson is not considered officially booked until payment or payment arrangements have been confirmed.
10. Respect & Communication
Aqua Fusion Academy is committed to creating a positive environment for swimmers, parents, and instructors.
We ask families to:
Communicate respectfully with instructors.
Provide reasonable notice whenever possible.
Avoid repeatedly changing scheduled lesson times.
Respect instructor travel time and scheduled appointments.
Address concerns directly with Aqua Fusion Academy so they can be resolved professionally.
11. Repeated Cancellations
To protect our instructors’ schedules and ensure availability for committed families:
Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or excessive rescheduling may result in the swimmer losing their recurring lesson time.
Aqua Fusion Academy reserves the right to require prepaid lessons or modify scheduling arrangements for families with a repeated history of cancellations.
12. Agreement to Policies
By scheduling lessons with Aqua Fusion Academy, the parent/guardian acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to follow these policies.
Our goal is not to make scheduling difficult — it is to make sure our instructors can dedicate their time and attention to every swimmer who has reserved a lesson.
Thank you for respecting our instructors, our schedule, and your swimmer’s progress.
