  • Semi-Private Events reserve one section of our event lounge, separated by a privacy partition, and may share the lounge with one other Semi-Private Event. Private Events receive exclusive use of the entire lounge.

  • Private Events can accommodate up to 50 guests. Guests 21–50 are $35 each.

  • Event Admission

    Admission is required for every event guest and will be included on your final event invoice. Event guests receive exclusive ticket pricing based on the selected package.

    Your ticket includes unlimited entry to all four haunted attractions for the night, plus access to the Fearway, live entertainment, roaming characters, stage shows, games, food and more. Choose General Admission or upgrade to Speed Freak for priority attraction access and shorter wait times.

  • Ticket quantities must equal your registered event guest count. Event pricing is available only to registered event guests.

  • Event Policies & Important Information

    Please review the following information before submitting your event request.

  • Payment & Service Charge

    A 20% service charge applies to the event package, additional guest fees, and applicable add-ons and services. Admission tickets are not subject to the service charge. All event guests must have admission included on the final event invoice.

  • Payment, Cancellations and Rescheduling

    A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your event date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. If payment is not received by the deadline, your reservation will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.

    Because we reserve your space, prepare specifically for your group, and hold limited admission for your guests, all sales are final and non-refundable, including tickets. If your plans change, your event may be transferred to another available date. Additional fees may apply for late changes or preparations that need to be redone.

    If Redrum cancels due to weather, you may reschedule at no additional charge or receive a full refund.

  • Rush Bookings and Late Changes

    We’re happy to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. Events booked within 14 days are subject to a $150 Rush Booking Fee. Changes within 7 days that require additional purchasing, preparation, staffing, or setup are subject to a $75 Late Change Fee per request. Requests within 72 hours cannot be guaranteed.

    All changes are subject to availability. Any applicable fees and add-on costs must be paid before additional items or services can be arranged.

  • Food and Beverage

    We offer event-priced pizza, available buffet-style catering, and onsite food vendors. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of cake or dessert.

    Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions should review available food options before ordering. Allergen-free preparation and prevention of cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.

  • What Happens Next

    Once submitted, our Event Planner will review your request, confirm availability, and prepare your event quote. You can expect to hear from us within 2 business days. Your date is secured once the deposit is received.
