There is a MANDATORY meeting for ALL Representatives in January. The tentative date is Thursday, January 21st, 2027 at 8:30am at Waterside. Would this be a problem for you to attend?

This is the representative who communicates with the Lead Teacher of the grade level and does the bulk of the party planning.

Do you understand that all Party Representatives are expected to help decorate the halls/doorways AFTER school in the week leading up to the party and to attend all parties? Do you accept this responsibility?

Do you understand that all Room Representatives are expected to decorate their classroom door as part of Literary Character Week in October?

Typically, the school requests doors to be decorated the week before Fall Break (October 12-16).

All Room Representative and Party Representatives are expected to be active in their assigned class sections of Group Me - do you accept this responsibility?

All Room Representatives are responsible to celebrate the birthday of their (2) classroom teachers and up to (2) other staff members throughout the year. This will include prompting your class in Group Me to provide a class treat for your teacher and AT. You will also need to facilitate lunch for all four of these events - do you accept this responsibility?

Would you be willing to be a Group Me Admin this year? This position monitors all of the assigned grade level Group Me chats and reports any conflicts or behavior that is not consistent with Great Hearts policies to the VP of Volunteers.

The VP of Volunteers still monitors all Group Me chats.
