    • Assist with Wednesday night meal operations and payment collections (September through April).

    Operations Support – approximately 25%

    • Support the Pastor of Discipleship & Administration with church operations.
    • Assist with insurance, risk management, operational research, vendor coordination, and reporting.

    Project Management – approximately 10%

    • Track organizational projects, strategic initiatives, deadlines, and action items.
    • Support project management systems and implementation of leadership priorities.

The responsibilities listed above are representative and are not intended to be comprehensive; other duties may be assigned as ministry and organizational needs evolve.

    • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work independently, and maintain strict confidentiality.

    Preferred

    • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Three or more years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
    • Nonprofit and/or fund accounting experience.

    • Experience with donor contribution management and charitable receipting.
    • Experience with Realm or another church management system, ADP, GuideStone, and/or Monday.com.

    Spiritual Expectations

Because every staff position at FBCATV is considered a ministry, the successful candidate must:

    • Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and demonstrate a growing Christian faith and Christ-like character.
    • Be in agreement with the church's doctrinal beliefs.
    • Be or become an active member of FBCATV. Active members of other local churches of like faith will be considered.
