Email your organization's 501(c)3 status letter from the IRS (if you have not already done so in previous years) to grants@hopewellharvestfair.org.

Email your organization's operating budget (if requesting funds for operating expenses) to the same address.

Grant applications without these accompanying documents may not be considered for funding.

Grant award notifications will be emailed in November 2026.

Final reports must be submitted by June 30, 2027 in order to apply for a 2027 HHF Grant.

Goal: Please state the purpose of the grant request as it relates to your organization's mission and long-term goals.
Objective: Describe the project you are proposing and its anticipated timeframe. Please include its expected outcome, the impact it will have on the community served by your organization, and the number of people who will benefit. In addition, describe the specific impact of the project within the Hopewell Valley community.
Project Cost/Budget: What is the total project cost? Please provide an itemized budget for the project and specify how Hopewell Harvest Fair funds will be used. If your request is for operating expenses, please supply your organization's operating budget and explain where Hopewell Harvest Fair funding will be allocated.
Project Timeline: When will the project be completed? Please provide a timeline and list of milestones. (Funding recipients must submit a Project Report within 60 days of completion.)
Partial Funding: Is partial funding an acceptable option, in the event the the Hopewell Harvest Fair is unable to satisfy the entire amount requested?
Agreement

If our application for a grant from the Hopewell Harvest Fair is approved, we agree to use the funds for the purpose stated within this application. We agree to complete and return a project report (use of proceeds report) within sixty (60) days of the project completion. If we cannot use this money as stated on the application, we will return the funds to the Hopewell Harvest Fair as soon as possible. I have previously or will provide by email information of our organization's status as a 501(c)(3).
